Our Team
Dr. Nada Haidar, BSc, DDS
Born and raised in Dartmouth, Dr. Nada has deep roots in the Halifax community. After completing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry at Dalhousie University, she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Dalhousie’s Faculty of Dentistry in 1997.
For more than 20 years, she has also taught as a part-time clinical instructor at Dalhousie, mentoring future dental professionals while continuing to grow in her own practice.
Known for her calm, caring approach, Dr. Nada enjoys working with patients of all ages and takes pride in creating a comfortable experience for families. She has a special interest in orthodontics and offers both braces and Invisalign treatment.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Nada volunteers with local health initiatives and enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, skiing at Martock, golfing, and enjoying life in Nova Scotia.
At North End Dentistry, Dr. Nada is proud to provide thoughtful, patient-centered care in the community she calls home.

Dr. Maria Haddad, BSc, DDS
A Halifax native, Dr. Maria has always been passionate about helping people feel confident in their smiles. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Dalhousie University in 2013 before completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2017.
Dr. Maria enjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is committed to providing thoughtful, patient-centered care. She continually pursues advanced training and education to ensure her patients benefit from the latest techniques and treatment options.
In addition to caring for patients, Dr. Maria serves as a part-time instructor at Dalhousie University, helping to mentor future dental professionals.
Outside the clinic, she is a proud mother of three energetic daughters and enjoys staying active, golfing, and exploring Nova Scotia with her husband and family.
